Becoming a mother is a transformative journey. This workshop focuses on recovery and empowering postpartum bodies to rebuild strength and stability from the inside out using the gentle yet effective principles of Pilates. Explore the common anatomical shifts, including changes to the pelvis and spine, and the impact on the core and pelvic floor. Learn how to help clients reconnect with and gently begin to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles, address and recovery strategies for Diastatis Recti and regain overall core function. Discover which exercises are beneficial and which should be avoided during your post-natal recovery to ensure a safe and effective Pilates practice.

Strategies for Advanced Level Part C


When working with an advanced client, choosing an effective Part C series can be daunting. How do you challenge a body that is already strong, balanced, and highly capable? How do you select the right apparatus to target subtle weaknesses and ensure your client continues to progress? This workshop answers those questions by offering a variety of advanced-level Part C options across multiple apparatus, including the Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel. Additionally, we will review options for your advanced session Endings utilizing the Magic Circle, Ped-o-Pull, and the Tower/Wall Unit.
