Celebrity Fitness & Nutrition Expert Brett Hoebel is creator of the 20 Minute Body™ and was one of the trainers on NBC's The Biggest Loser. Brett was also a health expert on Food Network's Fat chef and the creator of RevAbs®, the highly acclaimed in-home DVD program from Beachbody (producers of P90-X). He specializes in accellerated weight loss, motivational coaching, martial arts and capoeira, and travels the globe helping thousands of people transform their bodies and mindset. He has worked with some of the country's most notable celebrities and athlete's including Victoria Secret Supermodels, A-list actors, tennis superstars and music icons. Brett is also a prominent TV and print media personality where her regularly appears on TV shows like Dr. Oz and The Talk, and contributes to national publications like SELF, Fitness Magazine, Women's Health, LiveStrong.com and US News. He has also started his Rise Above Bullying campaign where he speaks at schools around the world to inspire and educate children on how inner-strength can turn pain into passion and is the key to overcoming adversity.
Brett was a pre-med student and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in psychology and biology. He furthered his education taking graduate courses in biomedical science and has been certified with NASM for Personal Training, CrossFit, the C.H.E.K. Institute for Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology and Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching, Kettle Bell Concepts, TRX, US Olympic Lifting, Yoga Alliance, and Pre-Postpartum Conditioning. When not in Los Angeles, he travels to New York and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to teach his programs, study capoeira and meet with different health and fitness professionals that share his same integrative approach.
