Instructor: Erin King
Erin King was born in San Francisco, California. Upon coming to New York City in 1990 to begin her dance career, she discovered Pilates and was hooked at once. In 1992, Erin began teaching and was certified through Power Pilates in 1999 as an instructor and in 2006 as a Power Pilates Teacher Trainer. Erin says that Pilates has changed her life. Not only has it kept her injury free but feels that it has made her a better person. Currently, Erin resides in India with her husband and children.
