The Central Park Total Body Workout, created by Physical Equilibrium's founder and head personal trainer, Sara Dimmick, is based on their most popular class held in New York's Central Park during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. It is a intermediate level, total body strength and conditioning workout that runs 35 minutes.
Exercises were chosen for this video that are performed in the live classes, but you can easily do at home with minimal equipment. All you will need is a Theraband. (Or a figure 8 band and an ankle loop). There are also exercises which take place on the park benches, which you can do on a chair, bench or step in your home.
